The Aga Khan Hospital currently provides medical, surgical, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and acute care services.

Casualty Department
The Casualty Department ensures that critically ill patients receive high quality care. The Hospital has a 24 hour emergency casualty unit equipped to respond to heart problems, trauma, advanced cases of malaria and infectious diseases. It has a walk-in clinic for routine outpatient cases.

The emergency room is equipped with oxygen and suction machines, a defibrillator and an electro-cardiograph machine. Resident medical officers, consultants including a physician, surgeon, gynaecologist / obstetrician and anaesthetist manage this department. They are supported by qualified emergency care nursing staff.
