Admission is allowed if prescription / admission advice is available from the admitting consultant / on-duty RMO |

Advance-charge collection at the time of admission is made in accordance with the defined minimum standard |

Admission without minimum deposit requires written approval from the Administrator on a set format during office hours |

The admission receipt contains the advance amount, admission number, date and time of visit, and medical record number required for follow-up |

All the payments are submitted to the billing department |

If the patient is from panel clientele they are required to show their identification and company letter |
|

Welfare patients are required to produce a duly authorised welfare recommendation letter. All such reference letters are submitted to the billing department

The Advance slip is a very important document. It should be safe-guarded by the patient for settlement of the final bill before discharge from the hospital |

Admission slips are sent to the medical record assistant for issuing medical files to new patients |
|

The nursing assistant re-checks medical record at the time of visit to the Consultant |

No visitor (except mother) is allowed in nursery. This precaution helps reduce the chances of infecting newborns.
